In any instance, since you are considering a Perception, consider their Shadow which is a good touring boat in either roto-mold or composite, two hatches, and sized for the small framed paddler. I have one and like it. I'm not familiar with the "Breeze". At 5'7" 150# I fill out the cockpit pretty good, you might have to pad it out an inch or so.
