Captain Jack's is just great, although I love the Island Canoe system. I went to get this year's tables at West Marine and they told me they had stopped making them. The little table they sell for a dollar, however, lines up nicely with the book inwhich Island Canoe overlayed current corrections on charts. Being very visual, I am still using this system. I also find it is a bit more "micro" than other, in than you can easily calculate the minutes and velocity in specific areas. I 'm sure you can with the others too, but as I learned this way first and teach it....it's hard to teach old dogs new tricks!
