[Paddlewise] Compass

Good evening,

I read about a yachtsman's flat competition compass in "Sea Kayaking" by
Derek c. Hutchinson. It is found on page 28.  He describes it as, "The dial
is large and the luminous figures stand out against a black, green and red
background."

Anyone know what brand of compass he is speaking of and where it can be
found?
