[Paddlewise] B.C. Gulf Islands?

Visiting folk in Victoria later this month. If the weather
ain't too miserable I'll wet my boat. Any recommendations
for a 2-3 day trip for an intermediate, well equipped (GPS,
VHF, VCR) paddler? I would also entertain going plush and
staying at lodge.
