[Paddlewise] Secondary stability

We might be able to interest Larry Ellison in this discussion, as his
America's Cup boat Oracle dropped its keel in the Hauraki Gulf yesterday.

I imagine that would produce an unusual looking (in)stability curve!

(They should really have had a resource consent before dumping heavy metals
at sea - naughty)
