[Paddlewise] Back pad

Does anyone have a recomendation for a back pad for the seat.  I have a Necky
Looksha with a hard plastic molded seat.  It is pretty uncomfortable and I
often slip down in it.  There are many types of back pads on the market, so I
would like to narrow my choices.  It has to be one that fits with this type of
seat.
