VCP makes a very comfortable closed foam seat for retrofitting
kayaks. It's the same foam seat which is put in the plastic versions of
the Avocet and Skerray. It's very comfy and will be easy to retrofit into
your Necky.
If you can't find it locally let me know and I can give you the name of a
local paddleshop in Madison that usually stocks it and can ship it to you.

Good luck and good boatin'.

Mark
