Could someone please tell me where I can get more info on or purchase a pair
of these Chota mukluks. This the first I have heard of them. I wore Mukluks
while stationed in Alaska but they were made of canvas and were not water
resistant.

Rutabaga in Madison, WI stocks the Chota Mukluk and could probably ship 
them to you the same day.  You can call them at 1-800-472-3353 and hit '1' 
to speak with a human.  They're open 10 am - 8 pm CST and they'll take good 
care of you.
