I built my own cart for the cost of nothing, picked up the wheels from the tip shop for no cost, and had some scraps of timber and aluminium laying around in the shed. Having it fit into the hatch was not a planning prerequisite because I was just going to stash it in the bush at the boat ramp, but as luck has it, it did fit in the rear hatch and now it goes were ever the kayak goes. A marvellous piece of engineering :-) Cheers Wilky Ps, do we have any Kiwi's on the list that have paddled an Ocean Kayaks SOT double? ----- Original Message ----- Snipped From: "Steve Cramer" <cramer_at_coe.uga.edu> > achieve the goal you mention above with a simple boat cart.
