Steve said - ". I went out for a solo evening/night paddle on Sunday after the hockey game ...I was wondering is if anybody else experiences dizziness after rolling" I felt a little dizzy after the Can/USA hockey game as well. No wait that was due to another liquid. Seriously, it could be water entering your ears and causing an inner ear problem. When you dive do you wear a dive cap that keeps water out of your ears? Try wearing it when you roll. I've been rolling all winter long wearing one of those stupid Whites kayak caps (what a waste) Of all the purchases I've made since entering this sport that was the dumbest. It came with a dinky buckle that was impossible to do up with cold hands. I replaced it with a Velcro strap. But worst of all it lets the cold water in and traps it right against your ears. I've been thinking of buying a real divers neoprene baklava.
