This evidently occurred on Sunday... no further info on today's website... Round Valley Reservoir is a popular venue for kayakers in Central NJ. Although many of them are competent, there is a fair number of individuals who treat their boat as just another gym machine. RVR is also well known for high winds. There are strobe lights mounted on towers around it which flash at high levels. All boats are required to get back to shore immediately...
