I'd think IN the boat somehow would be the only way to carry something in WW.
I can't think of too many uses for a GPS in WW, anyway.





Around ones neck for much of anything in a kayak doesn't sound like a good
idea. I even hedge my bets with my nose plug by passing it through the D ring
in my pocket so it can't tighten deadly tight on my neck.
