I'd think IN the boat somehow would be the only way to carry something in WW. I can't think of too many uses for a GPS in WW, anyway. Around ones neck for much of anything in a kayak doesn't sound like a good idea. I even hedge my bets with my nose plug by passing it through the D ring in my pocket so it can't tighten deadly tight on my neck. Joan Around the neck wear would not be a good idea for whitewater, however. > Well I've purchased my first GPS unit and I'm learning how to properly use > it. I'm curious, where on a kayak do folks place their GPS units? *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
