[Paddlewise] The Perception Sea Lion

A friend of mine just stumbled on an old fiberglass Perception "Sea
Lion" that he picked up for a hundred and fifty bucks.

It needs a few minor repairs (nothing a little JB Weld can't handle) and
a good buffing, but other then that its in great shape (especially when
you consider the price).

Do you know of any where he can find a good review of this boat even
though it is several years old?

Please let me know if you know anything, or no anyone who would know.

P.S. - If my memory serves me correctly, the more recent "Sea Lion's"
had basically the same dimensions as Perceptions current model, "The Eclipse;"
yet, my friend's boat is 19 1/2 feet long - almost 2 1/2 feet longer
than the Eclipse.  Is his some sort of special racing model?  Or did
they just decide to down size one year?
