Was it small 8.5 sq.ft Spirit, or large one, or was it your body weight
shift that caused disbalance while installing, rather than sail heeling
force? and what was the widest kayak that you tried it on?
Here are V-sails with control lines:
http://www.ontopdownunder.co.nz/kayaksails0b.htm . Small one is 11 sq.ft,
more than small 8.5 sq.ft Spirit. Lines are for uphaul and "trimming" - not
really permanent sailing control; normallyi t is cleated, if I got it
right. Lines seem to be far from paddling stroke path, but still some
obstacle. I wonder if anybody tried them.
