[Paddlewise] Hitch Bar for Kayak?

I saw a boat owner the other day that had a small boat in the back of his
pick-up, inserted into a Class III hitch. The stern was behind the truck
cab, the bow was in a "V" bar part at the end of this hitch bar, extending
out of the bed.  It looked a lot better than the hitch bar that places the
boat/kayak over the bed and the cab tied down to the front.

Anyone know who makes this "hitch-Boat" setup???
