[Paddlewise] shrimping while on the kayaking trip

Hi all,

In just a week, I am leaving to explore Kyuquot Sound on the West Coast of
Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Together with my son, we are
going to paddle our Libra XT double made by local company Current Designs. If
anyone has visited that area before, I would love to hear about your
impressions.

Also, I am thinking about trying to catch a few shrimps for dinner while on the
trip. What is left is to figure out how to accomplish that. According to my
friend, it is possible to make a shrimp trap from a plastic bucket; however, I
was not able to find out exactly how. If you happen to know how to catch a
shrimp with some kind of portable trap, please share!
