Re: [Paddlewise] sour cream to go?

Thanks for the responses regarding powdered sour cream - here is a summary:

Knorr Brand suggested, contacted company and they no longer produce this 
product

King Arthur Flour website suggested - contacted them and they do not have it.

Two website sources:

$22 for a 10 pound can of sour cream powder:

So...it appears at this point that if you have some friends that want to 
split up a big container that would be an option, 10 lbs would go a long 
way!!  I assume the stuff would keep for a long, long time in powder form.
