[Paddlewise] Delaminating spray skirt

OK, I know this is probably taking frugality to the extreme, but I've got a
Snapdragon spray skirt, bottom half neoprene & top half nylon, where the
white waterproof coating on the nylon part is peeling off.  Does anyone know
if there is a coating you could just paint on to restore the waterproofing?
I know there are various things you can spray on that are generally intended
for things like tent floors, but I wouldn't want to attempt this unless I
could be confident it would hold up to a lot of wear and tear.
