Finally! A use for those of us who are... um.... hair impaired. That's where we can put the sticker so we can swim (or tube) on Oregon rivers. I dunno why they haven't thought of this (the sticker, not the permit) on the Deschutes; I spend more time in the water than I do in my kayak anyway.
