If you choose to replace it, CD can probably sell you a new bulkhead. 
That will be more difficult than following Dave's instructions for a 
repair.  I once ripped out a CD Solstice forward bulkhead and you 
have to cut away most of it and then rip the remaining out with brute 
force.  I could come up with no other way to get the sealant to let 
go of the bulkhead flange.

If I were to replace the bulkhead, I'd skip the CD replacement and go 
with a fiberglass or Kevlar one - sloped and wrapped around the rear 
of the cockpit.  Same difficulty in removing the old, but a cheaper 
and nicer replacement.
