So who has got big paddling plans for '07? I hope if I can find the time to paddle off the West coast of Prince of Wales Island in the southeast panhandle of Alaska. There is a cluster of islands called the Maurelle islands about 25 miles out from Craig Alaska. I have looked at them on the charts for number of years and now like sultry sirens they are calling me to check them out. Also Warren and Coronation Islands will be tempting but that will depend on weather and how much time I can get off this summer. My office roof leaks so we have to replace it this summer. (believe me I would rather be paddling) So any one else with big dreams for '07?
