[Paddlewise] Tiverton, RI, USA Recommendations?

Dear Paddlewisers:
Traveling to Tiverton, RI, USA this weekend for a
wedding. The husband and I are bringing sea kayaks and
all appropriate cold-water apparel, hoping to sneak in
a paddle or two.

Any recommendations for local public launches and
paddles? We're looking for a few hours paddle, nothing
fancy or hard. The weather forecast calls for a windy
Saturday, so sheltered locations would be good.

The B&B owner has promised suggestions but I thought I
should check with the experts here too.
