I will see a doctor soon. Until then I am getting myself educated on back and shoulder exercises. Besides the one that Dave mentioned here, I also found these that seem to look good: http://www.paddling.net/guidelines/showArticle.html?241 http://www.paddling.net/guidelines/showCategory.html?category=26 http://newenglandkayakfishing.com/modules.php? name=News&file=article&sid=33 I have enough time at work to do these and can do them at home as well. My mother just had major shoulder surgery. It was bad enough that the doctor thought they might not be able to fix it. After rehab if it does not go well the only thing left to do is a replacement. So I AM taking this quite seriously. Oh, and I also just spent $900 on a drysuit so I have to be able to paddle! :) Paul Montgomery paul_at_paddleandoar.com http://paddleandoar.com *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
