[Paddlewise] keel strip

G'day,

I'm fitting out a Mirage for an expedition and wanting to fit a keel strip to protect against abrasian and the tiny shells that I've found can make holes in the hull along the keel.

A number of you discussed this a few years ago and provided recipes for material to make the strip and I'd be grateful to hear the latest and best?
