She's wearing a Tuilik. The tuilik makes you "one" with the boat. The hood cinches around your face, then it has wrist closures. Very little leakage. It seals around the face and wrists. The garment hangs down to your knees and ties around the combing of the cockpit. No pfd is worn as the air trapped inside aids floatation. You must roll up in this get up as the fitting of the boats with the tight Masik across the thighs makes a wet exit a long term affair.
