Paddlewise,

I have again broken the seat on my Valley Aquanaut and I'm looking for a replacement. I've seen paddlers who have used the Bumfortable seat and seem to really like it. The seat is made by Steve Gurney a Kiwi kayak racer you can see info on the seat at:

-- although at $150 it seems rather pricey.

My thought is even though it is pricey it will save me a lot of time carving my own seat. It seems to come in high regard with the people I know who have used it and I'm certainly not going to get another stock seat from Valley that will only break again. I'm hoping I can find a wise paddler on this list that either has good or bad experience with the seat or has a better solution that works.
