I have a theory based on observation here and on several other forums I lurk in. I think a lot of people - especially in the Northern Hemisphere - are having an early form of cabin fever. That 'fever' is causing temperatures to rise early on in the season. We still have a lot of winter in front of us. As soon as my new Level Six mitts arrive I am definitely going to go kayaking.
