Craig, We were all surprised when the plane came in for a landing! It could have been the Spruce Goose for all I know!! It made for a fun day on the water, though! I always hope it will get a little cold here at Xmas, but I'll hope for clear skies! I'm sure we could get a contingent to make a visit! Mark ----- Original Message ----- By the way... Sue and I have spot 71 at Doheny chartered for December 20th through the 25th. We're taking the Princess and dropping my favorite 8-yr-old and her mom off at Redding to visit yet-another-grampa (she has a plethora of them). Let's all pray that the monsoons don't start while we're at Doheny. Plans include kayaking, Disneyland, and a couple of other things I can't remember now. I'll have the F-1 and one of the Mariners - probably the Express. We could throw a Doheny Beach rolling marathon in.... where we roll kayaks down the beach. *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
