Hi I know people who have had hip and knee replacements and have no problems paddling. I believe hip recovery is easier and faster than knees. People who I have had the replacements indicate you must be dedicated in doing the rehabilitation. Finally, make sure the doctor and the hospital specialize in the replacements and do a lot of them. sid sid In a message dated 3/2/2010 3:46:13 P.M. Does anyone paddle again after a hip replacement and what hip replacement did you have? I am looking at words like Zimmer MIS Mini-Incision . Anterior vs. Posterior incision. *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - Any opinions or suggestions expressed here are solely those of the writer(s).
