My wife loves her Cetus LV. She use to paddle a Valley Avocet but said she never quite felt connected to the boat. This fits her so well she has taken her ability up quite a few notches. Initial stability is excellent, secondary is great, no surprises. Put it on edge and turns as well if not better than the Avocet and it is a foot and half longer. Five two and a half 125#.

I have the Cetus MV on order and will pick it up at the East Coast Canoe and Kayak Festival in SC next week.

Hi Neil,
I totally understand what your wife is saying about feeling connected to the
boat. I felt like I instantly became a better paddler in the Cetus LV. So I
guess I am not imagining this! I was beginning to second guess myself. Good
luck with your new MV. I am traveling from Southern CA to Oakland to test
the Cetus LV and most likely buy it this Wednesday.
Thanks for your response,
Debra
