Hi Jackie,
Thanks for the reminder about Kirk. I knew that but it slipped my mind.
I'm not surprised that you've faced some challenges keeping PW  
current. So much is possible now and expectations grow. Photos would  
be  a good addition to the forum. WoodenBoat has been able to include  
photos on its forum and they do help conversations and draw search hits.
Anyone who would like to get the final issue can call us or go to the  
web site. The usual avenues for subscriptions are now offering just  
the final issue.
My thanks to you for your work with PW. It was a wealth of information  
about sea kayaking and it allowed me to see how late Doug Lloyd was  
staying up. On a few occasions I saw Doug's late-night posts and I'd  
send him a note the next day telling him to get more sleep.
