Hi, I need a good cheap way to put my 14 ft long Necky Dolphin on top of my campershell-less pick up truck. When I put it in the back it sticks up to high to get in the garage... What about? Just good wood 2X2's in the 6 holes (3 on each side, anchored well to truck bed... then cross bars on top of poles, anchored with large screws... paint white... add pads... Doa-able?
