Does anyone out there do already do this? Sure, a goodly percentage of the messages here are just friendly banter and probably aren't worth keeping, but there's also a lot of good info that seems like a shame to lose (well, maybe it's just a problem with my brain, but I can't keep track of all of the good stuff). Any thoughts? (or just not worth thinking about<g>) Dave Seng Juneau, Alaska" Dave, I second this idea. Some previously discussed questions do keep resurfacing, especially as new people join Paddlewise. Archives of threads might be especially helpful if they could be set up on the webpage. For some time now I have saved some of the thread messages to folders on my e-mail desktop (examples--Navigation, Paddling Safety, Gear, Boats, etc.). I could drop those back into an archiving system, and probably some other folks could do likewise. Does anyone have a good approach to setting this up without putting a maintenance burden on someone?
