[Paddlewise] Archiving

Dave, I second this idea.  Some previously discussed questions do keep
resurfacing, especially as new people join Paddlewise.  Archives of threads
might be especially helpful if they could be set up on the webpage.
  For some time now I have saved some of the thread messages to folders on
my e-mail desktop (examples--Navigation, Paddling Safety, Gear, Boats,
etc.).  I could drop those back into an archiving system, and probably some
other folks could do likewise.
	Does anyone have a good approach to setting this up without putting a
maintenance burden on someone?
