If posts come through *without* a copyright restriction, I see no
indication that the party did not intend for the material to be published
freely.

In otherwords, unless the party posting makes a declariation that "all
rights reserved," or attaches a "copy right" symbol, go ahead and publish,
simply giving the publishing party credit.
