I have a question for the Collective Paddle Wise List Knowledge.... This morning the wife send me out to do shopping and get breakfast. As I was leaving my subdivision, I got to the stop sign where I'm supposed to turn right to get to the grocery store. At the stop sign, I'm heading east, I noticed a car on the opposite side of the road heading west. Understand, it was not the car that got my interest, it was the Necky Aruluk III kayak with a off white bottom, yellow top, grean seam stripe with matching green hatches, that had my attention. So engrossed was I in the kayak that I turned left instead of right and followed the kayak, errr, car down the street. Why, I don't know, its just something I had to do! At the next light the kayak, err car, turned left heading toward the lake and I drove straight on. A couple of miles up the road, after I quit wondering which part of the lake the kayak was heading for, I realized I was driving 180 degrees from my intended course, so I did a lean turn with a bow sweep to reverse course, errr,I did a U Turn and headed on my origional float plan, err, shopping. Now the questions..... Do I need mental health help because I'm following strange kayaks? Should I tell my wife? Is this a sign I'm not in my kayak enough? Or is it just normal for a PaddleWisenhiemer? Thank You For Your Help!
