As far as I'm concerned, if there's liquid water available, it's paddling season! :-) In Winter, I especially love paddling on water that's surrounded by snow...it's a very special feeling. It's really nice when it snows down here at the coast, but even when it doesn't, I'll find inland and mountain lakes surrounded by snow to paddle in.
