I live about an hour south of Lake Superior in NE WI, and have several large lakes in my "back yard." I weigh 280 + and am a proficient canoeist. Before Spring I would like to buy a Kayak which can be used on both Superior and in my back yard. To date the Eddyline Night Hawk 17.5 is the only boat, I've seen which seems to work. Are there any other suggestions? $2300 is pushing the budget. Also, I am looking for a WI or MN Source with a wide selection.
