I've been planning to go down to Tybee (from Milwaukee, Wis.) over spring break March 26 - April 2. I've convienced my wife that going to Hawaii was to far to travel to celebrate our 30th anniversary. She doesn't kayak, but I do.;))) I've paddled the entire coast of Georgia, with Sea Kayak Georgia several years ago, and went down last year for BCU week and the 5* training. Tybee's a great place--it's on my short list of places to retire in 15 years. Besides the accomodations already mentioned, there are also a number of vacation rentals--full blown houses--for rent. With a group, it really becomes cost effective, and you can save a bit on the food bill too. Sounds like fun!
